The sign up process will follow these steps:

  1. Create login by entering your details and an active email address 
  2. Follow activation link in email
  3. Sign in

Question: I get an "Error 401" message when I click the activation email, what do I do?

Answer: Make sure that you follow the link in the latest email, if you follow a link that has been superseded by a later one, you will receive an "Error 401" message. It can take a few minutes for the email to arrive, so wait a few minutes to see the latest one.

It could also be that it has been more than 1 hour since you signed up, in which case you will need to register again as the link expires after this time. 

 

Question: I have not received my activation email, what do I do?

Answer: Check your junk/spam folder, it may have been incorrectly filtered. If this is not received after a few minutes, sign up again ensuring the correct email address is used. 

 

Question: I've forgotten my password, what do I do?

Answer: Click the forgotten password link and a new password will be emailed to you. The system will not let you reset password for account not yet activated, so locate the activation email first, once you have followed this link, you will be able to request a password reset.
